B.east Gallery ships artworks worldwide.


  • The shipping rates variate in realtion to the single artwork and zone of shipment. The calculation happens in real time during the composition of your cart.
  • In case we were unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping and no refund will be offer at that stage.


  • Shipments to Italy no longer than 5-8 days
  • Shipments to Europe no longer 7 -14 days
  • Shipments to the rest of the world no longer than 14-30 days.
  • If your order has not arrived after this time, please control the tracking number sent to you via email and write a note to beastgalleryflorence@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.


  1. My package has been damaged during shipment and I have chosen an insured shipment option:
    It is fundamental for us to be able to prove the shipping company that the package has been damaged during the trip. Please remember to take detailed pictures of the damaged package and the related damage on the art work, then attach it in the return request mail to beastgalleryflorence@gmail.com.
    We will study your request and eventualy replace your order in case of numbered series, or refund the total amount of your purchase on the registered bank account. We will need to ask you to return the damaged item to B.east Gallery on its expenses.
  2. My package has been damaged during shipment but I haven’t taken the insured option:
    If you have not chosen to insure your package we are very sorry, but we will not be able to refund your purchase.
  3. I am not happy with my purchase, it is not what I expected:
    We are very sorry about that and would like to understand more. If the pictures on our website aren’t faithfull to reality or if we got the misures wrong, you will be refund. Please write to beastgalleryflorence@gmail.com and help us improve.
